I see your point. Thinking out loud on my post sometimes you have to change your thoughts/practice of farming for next year(s) and not just this year
long term wont happen in this situation When landowner dies, this land with house and a decent horse stable/barn will be sold for more than I can justify. It is a Suburban Horse farm setup,
