Is any company yet in the battery replacement business? Like a Jasper rebuilt battery perhaps?

The "10 yr" or whatever it is creates a major negative discussion point among potential EV customers. Teslas have been produced for 15 or so years now....so what has happened to their batteries? Or, are they still going? Some mention degraded performance after XX years? Just what does that mean? Less HP? Less runtime? Or what?

Is it really going to cost $10K or $15K or how much to replace a battery. I can probably get 10 quotes from reliable local shops on Jasper or some other ICE engine replacement if needed in a pickup. Who do I get the EV battery quote from?

Finally, if Tesla ever decides to build a pickup, there may be more interest. And before you post a picture of that Back to the Future vehicle they sell, I'll tell you that isn't a pickup. Here in NE IL I have probably seen 5 of them on the road in the last calendar year. They just aren't for here. If Tesla would build something that looks like a pickup, it would probably sell. I notice the Tesla cars kind of look like cars, especially from 500' away. Good car marketing on their end. Poor idea on pickups.
