Neighbor kid late 20s just bought a 30 with a house and pond. The original 80 was split just one year ago. He wanted it ALL back together. The new owner paid approx 5400 an acre. Good dirt but not great. The Kid offered and offered till he more than doubled what he paid one year ago, approx 12500 an acre.
