North Central Indiana | Many say you only get one chance. Unfortunately we have watched ~130 acres right across the ditch sell 4 times in the last 50 years. We’ve never stretched enough to get it. Not a perfect piece, has a pump, needs another and some tile work to suit us. But seeing it every day and driving by it every single time we go to town, other fields, virtually anywhere it nags at me. It isn’t managed the best currently which adds another little twinge in the mind. Believe my dad said first time he passed on it was for $700/ac.
