It sounds like I may be best off to eliminate the G5 (sorry I am new to Deere tech and terminology) in the Deere and just leave it in the Case tractor. And buy the section control unlock for my 4600 and use it for the air seeder, and the Ag Leader for autosteer and send the GPS to it like I've had it working already.
If I wanted the NMEA to both, do I plug that into a separate port on the G5, or is it in the same connector as what goes into the corner post? I could send port B from my GPS to the 4600 and then use the NMEA output from the SteerCommand for the G5, as this will be a roll-compensated GPS and work best for section control. I do not necessarily need the GPS into the 4600 unless I decide to use the air seeder without the G5 installed. | |
