That is impressive. Don't think I would trust my balance. Never had great balance even though I played basketball in high school and did racquetball for a number of years as an adult. But it certainly hasn't improved the last few years, especially since my motorcycle deer accident.

There is a pretty good movie out about two old guys hiking the Appalachian trail. "A walk in the woods" with Robert Redford and Nick Nolte.

We rode along side a lot of it on motorcycle a couple times. That is close enough to walking it for me.
