South Central MN		If it was written up well enough it should list the people that are next in line for the payment, or that should also be listed somewhere else if not specifically in the contract.

I had one set up with my mom who passed away a couple months ago, looking like I will be buying out the rest (so taking out a mortgage) to pay out the 2 listed in it, but then it won't have any other names on it either. (Aside from the bank) Mine was past the 5 year lookback window where anything like a nursing home could have come after more than just what was owed on the amount remaining that I was set to pay.
