QLF has 2 divisions, agronomy and feed.
As was mentioned below, Amino 15 is a good product for foliar. It's a melted urea with sugar and amino acids. 1 gal Amino 15 has around 1# sugar.
I ran 1.5 gal with the tassel pass this year. Good product, mixes well. One lookout, beetle sprays like Steward don't do well with low ph. Amino 15 is around 4.7 ph, so use with caution with Steward.

As to sugar raising the brix, I'd be surprised if it would do much, but there's a lot of people a lot smarter than I am that could answer that question.
