Very southern Mn		Other issue is who payments go to to get distributed. That is where some advice may be important. The personal rep is where payments would be sent but what happens when estate gets settled? It can get to be a circus when you are sending payments to a bunch of different people. Once again if contract is a couple years like a rental contract, probably not a big deal. If you have 10 more years than it gets alittle more tricky.
