Hooker Twp,Ne		With several heirs involved you may see if a bank would borrow you enough money to buy them out of contract. Or at least get prepared. Next thing before you know it one or two heirs will hire an attorney. Attorney looking at filling his pocket and of course you’d need attorney.One of the heirs gets in financial problems and that’s all it takes .
