Subject: Land Contract, seller passed away

Saginaw Bay Area - Michigan
Land contract (seller financing), seller passed, as they say, unexpectedly.

While I'm sure this is a rare situation, wondering what others have seen for outcomes.

Agreement has language for heirs to continue with the agreement: "This agreement shall bind and benefit the parties and their successors, heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, and personal representatives." in it. Of course, that's not a sure thing.

Don't know if there is a will, know there is a next of kin.

I'm sure the attorney will have good advice. Also know the vast experiences on NAT can help put different perspectives in focus.

Thanks in advance.
