| Yeah, Ive already contacted them as well as my counties soil/water tech and they balked at the idea, and basically said it wasn't their doing or problem. Yet the issue only is only under the bridges or right up against.
This section of line is about splits the swamp in half for approximately a mile so it is not really accessible for heavy equipment other than the rail line and you are generally going to see enough water movement to scour much, especially ballast stone. | |
