Nebraska aka the boondocks | My board and I contacted Union Pacific 7 months ago, about cleaning under their main line for a drainage district. It actually went well, we had to get 7 dig permits , but ultimately they sent a guy to watch as our excavator dug on both sides. The main concern is as not to get more Al than a few feet close to the bridge so the excavator wasn’t hit by a train. As for them doing it, the answer was no. Also we were not allowed to dig under the bridge. The first decent rain scoured under the bridge
