With today’s technology, you’d think we’d have the ability to park a stationary uncover vehicle/truck ahead of the chase that with the push of a button releases stop sticks from under the vehicle carriage 20-30 feet. Not saying it’s the answer to no injuries but sure would be safer than trying to get out of the way from someone obviously willing to take lives.
