Thats sad to hear...I've always thought that stop sticks are just too dangerous of a way to try and stop people fleeing the police..In watching Body Cam we have seen several cops get hit and get badly hurt-loose a leg,etc..High speed chases sometimes end badly with innocent people getting killed.
