Nolan Wells played football at Ocean Springs High School. He was well known and liked in the community. Several hundred young people from OS were on the island that day. Catching a ride on another friend's boat would have been very easy.
Deputies from the Jackson County Sheriff's office interviewed a lot of people before the teen's body was discovered. Over the past 3 weeks they have done a lor more investigating. The Sheriff is waiting until the MS State Medical Examiner issues a full report before releasing additional information.
Some people have told the press they saw Nolan Wells on the island after his friends left.
