I remember those open plunger balers from when I was a kid. The Wisconsin engines on them were fine as long as they were run full out continually. If you idled them they would vapor lock and were impossible to restart
Dad had a MH 48 Clipper combine with a Wisconsin on it, he cut the intake and exhaust manifolds apart by hand with a hacksaw, helped drastically with the vapor lock issue. |
