S.E. Iowa | I am having memory loss, or at least I think i do. I will go to look something up and forget what I was looking up. I have always had trouble with names. I take 25 MG of trazadone, 10 MG of ambien, and 2 melatonin. I absolutely hate taking them and if I don't I will go to bed and I lay there and lay there. It's been as bad as after 1 am going to sleep. I try to cut back but I still got to get up at 5 am go to work and so i just get anxious about falling to sleep, which then makes it worse. Any one else have this problem? | |
