Thank you all for the feedback and my education on this topic. I was clueless on how the union worked. He appreiciated everyone's input as well. He had made up his mind by the time we talked tonight. He decided to stay in the non-union shop. He likes the company which has a good reputation. He didn't go into reasons for his choice but I feel like he felt some loyalty to the company.
Any one on here have any expirience or opinion on IBEW?
