Those are an acceptable solution for occasional use on a machine not equipped with a disc drive.
To the OP, copying files is falling forward easy, the CD is (most likely) read-only memory, so a copy/paste process is as easy as it gets.
Bear in mind, flash media varies wildly in quality. If the photos and other files on the optical media are of great personal importance, might consider hanging on to the discs too in case the flash memory were to fail. | |
