It’s been several years and hopefully it’s changed but my experience as an apprentice with trade union is….Dues are the top priority. Next comes legacy apprentice employment. If you’re not a legacy, you are the last one to be sent to an employer. Been there, done that. My opinion from the front row seats..it’s a good ol boys club and if you’re not legacy, you’re not in it.
Any one on here have any expirience or opinion on IBEW?
