SW Ohio | Its a bit more accurate to put the coverage or "paint" switch on the implement. Yes, you have to buy more of them, but it works. I believe your 8000 series tractor will also give the option to use the SCV as the coverage switch.
The ATU units all have a switch on them on either side but the remote switch is nicer. I have an ATU 200 right now that will not recognize the remote switch, but for some reason will start working again randomly. At least I have the switch on the unit as a backup | |
