Geargrinder - 7/28/2026 20:05 I think in Minnesota you can get a statement from prior owner stating the vehicle wasn't used and was parked as needed repair, but it's been awhile.
I ran into this in IA with a boat that had sat for a LONG time. I showed them a picture of the boat covered in dust and crap when I got it and they're like ok yeah it's not been used lately. Waived the back fees
