| It was hell for a while. We started in 2022, took two cows from the main farm and started milking them and bottling it. All pasteurized and legit with boah.
Got up to needing milk for the creamery from 20 cows. That was where it was hell. Makeshift parlor and not good housing for cows or manure handling.
In laws where ready to step back so this summer we terminated contract with the coop and rented there facility’s and jumped to 40 and haul it now to the processing location.
Flooding the creamery a little bit with milk but we are reaching an equilibrium now. | |
