Southeast WI | What does a dairyman do when prices are high? He or she adds cows. What do they do when prices are low? They add cows. It's what happens no matter what if they want to keep milking cows. Not going back to small 50 or 100 cow farms unless you specialize in some way - add a store, high end genetics, etc, but not as a commercial dairy.
It's not happening no matter what crying and hand wringing guys like Ryan Kelly or others say and make videos decrying about big farms.
