Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio | Yes this is exactly correct. Every lien that I’ve had not released was on a loan that I paid off early. Every lien was legitimate when I owed on the piece of equipment. I’m still not sure it’s ok for one company to add other companies. And every one was cleared up very easily by a phone call to the correct person. The only hard part was finding that person at Farm credit. If the OP gets ahold of the right person at GMAC it may be as simple as my situation.
