| You can keep saying it's unfair. What I'm saying is this week, real world situation, the energy grid needs peak demand production which solar is a great candidate to provide! Clearly we need MORE incentive, not less!
You realize how much economic output is lost if the factories of the Midwest must shut down from 3pm-8pm because there isn't enough generation capacity to handle the peak demand from the heat? If you want to take on the risk of installing the panels, the utility has reason to incentivise it. | |
