Shared? With net metering the owner of the solar panels pays NOTHING.
The net meter is a leach off of everyone else that is paying the costs of maintaining the grid. This is why net metering is unsustainable. It’s exactly like socialism, once too many people are in the wagon instead of pulling the wagon, the wagon quits moving and rots away.
