Indiana | Some good suggestions in this thread and I would have no idea where to start. I would think the estate and auction company should have a some skin in this but I don’t know for sure.
I am curious because I don’t think GMAC exists as an entity since the bailout, restructuring, debt protection fiasco. A friend of mine had an under warranty Acadia and after a year or so its second home was the dealership garage. GM flat out told him that “that GM no longer exists.” And the new GM has no affiliation with and does not have to support any warranty claims. After chasing his tail and getting nowhere with lawyers and lemon laws he just cut bait and ate the loss. | |
