Downside is reaching in a hole and getting a snapping turtle.
I had a buddy who used to catch snapping turtles that way.
When I ask him about getting bit, he said that "90% of the time they went in head-first; you just grab their tail and drag them out".
When I asked about the other 10%, he said, "You know, really fast" ............. never really answered me. |
