West Central Illinois | I have an 11kw system with Ameren net metering and I pay $15/ month, and on a yearly cycle, I always (for the last 4 years) have over produced. I think that this time of year, the system should be producing more than you use if it was sized correctly, but maybe it wasn't producing for whole billing period if that is your first bill with it on it. | |
