Without seeing the right side of the statement, I’m guessing you’re paying retail for what you’re buying and receiving wholesale for the excess you're generating.   Which is how it should be.

You have “net billing”, not “net metering”.      Net metering is a scam against the rest of the customers of a utility and shouldn’t exist anywhere.
