West Central MN | Did a three year long remote job stint in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis while working for Caterpillar. To come check up on me, my manager flew in to visit one February. His North Carolina blood was shocked by the -20°F crisp air. He never found the excuse, reason, or need to ever come visit me again, lol.
Illinois is about the worst place I've lived for humidity. The air is too still and stagnant, kind of like MN has been the past week or so. That and laughing at the TV weather people in Peoria say tomorrow it's going to be windy with gusts up to 15 MPH!!! Oh no, whatever shall we do?
