How may days / hours are you putting in on a grain farm or hell, even a livestock / dairy operation?

7am - 5pm five days a week and 5 hours on Saturdays is approximately 2,800 hours / 300-310 days a year.

Add in "planting season" hours for 30-60 days and "harvest season(S)" for another 30 - 60 days and we still have people complaining that isn't enough. I think that sounds like "entitlement".
