The Razor beater will make a very noticeable difference. You've got the rotor set up right, and I don't think the 24" platform can really use any more power than a 2366 comes with. Your last real place to improve is the feederhouse.
Agree. Even factory serrated rock trap bars, slid all the way inward, will help immensely over smooth ones. And sharpen your platform auger.
And serrated feeder chain, and trading out the stupid front stone retarder feeder drum for a regular one.
More capacity from 2366?
