I still think you should come down here in July or August to see what real ag consultants do. Walking a muddy, flooded rice field in the afternoon will let you see what real humidity is like. The humidity in a sugarcane field the day after a rain is pretty high and the wind velocity inside the 10' or taller canopy is 0.0 MPH.
