Maybe they should be there 24 hours a day too while we're at it? You were able to get the parts you needed, what more do you want? Everyone has a life and its impossible to cater to everyone. Our local dealer is usually there 7 days during busy season but its a skeleton crew and if weather isn't favorable they lock the doors, hard to blame them.
