Indiana | As of right now the only desktop version of quickbooks is to go enterprise and it is about $1,800 a year. Personally if I was in your shoes I would try something else. I hated their online version and since I do my parents books, the payroll and my own books it wasn't much more and meant no training for my parents. So we went the expensive route. It also hit at a time where we had to do something quickly and If we add any llc then that helps with the cost. There will be some good suggestions on here for other programs. Good luck.
