Sher-Cryl 1300 is water based and absolutely the best I have ever seen on barn steel.
We use some John Deere paint and it is good.
And the Majic paint with the hardener is really pretty good as well. We use red or gray oxide as primer. We buy it at TSC. And buy a lot of Sherwin DTM and other metal paints.
