Ne Colorado | Hey guys. Rebuilding a 1993 w900B and the vent window seal and doors are just shot. I found the vent window seal online and got it here and cannot figure out how to put it in. The old one kind of encased the metal track you seen in the picture. This one doesn’t really go Like that. It seems to want to sit in the door frame. Has anyone replaced this before? I’ve looked online and also called the dealer I bought it from and they’ve said they get calls on this quite a bit, but don’t know how to help.
The track kind of can’t go inside of the seal because of the riveted pieces And if the seal goes on the inside it’s to big and the grooves don’t match up.
