I’m a corn soybean farmer not been around barley but I find it very helpful to do a kill of machine to find where loss is coming from.. I would guess as been already suggested loss is coming from rotor not drive. When unthrashed grain hits chopper it sends some down on seive sensors hence gives you the sense your losing it over seive. I would guess your loss is coming from unthrashed grain. Should be no grain in heads after th front two modules.
