Haven't gotten a chigger bite in 4-5 years, even the grand kids don't seem to get many either. Ticks on the other hand - get worse every year. Not uncommon to find 10-20 after a walk in the woods or tall grass, 52 is my record. Seldom get bit, maybe 5-6 times a year.
