I use it manually as well. To record planting data, you need to first go to “plan” and create a planting work plan. After you do that and save it, then you go back once you plant and click “complete plan”. It will allow you to enter planting date, hybrid, and population. You can also just create the plan and complete the plan the same day if you don’t want to create a plan beforehand. It’s quick to do

You can do this for fertilizing, and just about any field operation I think. I even use it on hay fields. I create a harvest map of when I baled hay and how many bales I got

One thing to remember, you can only log an entire field, not pieces of the field. If you plant half the field today and half a week later, you can’t manually log both dates to my knowledge. It will all go down as one day that you select.
