I tried to follow the directions to get mine in manual configuration but could never get signed in to its manual configuration page. I have only letters and numbers in my user name and password. My hub quit working today and the indoor receiver quit a few days ago. Now the hub is listed as inactive on my routers list so I have no IP address to attempt to log into. Am I SOL at this point?
