Headache rack looks to be bolted on. Strapping to it will help but not sure it will stop that 1000 lbs of fuel/ tank if there was an accident. I would strap forward and weld tabs on the tank as well to bolt down to the bed.
How would you secure this fuel tank to this flatbed?
