I thought it had been below normal precip and looked it up online. According to the site I found ( I can't recall now), we were just slightly below normal.
IF you are west central Iowa, we must be close. I am halfway between Sioux City and Council bluffs.
I just looked up a different source, it says we are over 26 % less rain than normal. That tracks with my gut feeling.
