Well I was on a 150 mile round trip yesterday and it really gone down hill. Fortunately we have had enough thunderstorms in this area this summer that things doing ok. Plus we in the gumbo no sand here. You need to go for a drive Joe and get out of basement. Hope you didnt sell it all. lol.
