i would bet its a boundry problem. i would also bet if you created a new field when your were sitting in that field and sprayed it the swath control would work without a boundary.
i see strange stuff happen when i load a field (without a boundary) going down the road. more often then not i will have to create a whole new field to get it to map and do section control properly.
