How many stretchers/rolls of plastic are you using? I set the speed for about 6 wraps. With 30" rolls that means each wrap is about 5" behind the previous one. You can measure it when the cycle stops. For 8 layers the overlap is 30"/8"=3.75". Set the ring speed valve to give you the overlap for the number of wraps you want. I'm not familiar with the brand of wrap you mention. Could be a different thickness than mine?

If you are using all 4 rolls then rotation speed is really slow. Check your overlap.
