Doesn't note it but looks to be a high lift which is pretty niche on that size loader and above. Signs of semi-recent repainting and rust. I would assume it was in an industrial/ag application and likely the hours are not even close to correct. Probably 13k or 23k or something much higher given the cosmetic and mechanical condition as well as tire condition.
